The location was beautiful, adjacent to the mountain for almost 2km, activities put on for free like yoga, nature walks and a fire dance, and waterfalls, in a recreational area. The breakfast was good with a huge variety of goodies.

The place was immaculately clean with a highly courteous and well-mannered staff on my husband's request. Liked the superior king room on the upper floors and the way it was setup🙂

My stay was really nice for 3 nights as a family. The king room was beautifully maintained and new-fashioned, with a balcony and a kitchen. The pool was nice, the breakfast was satisfactory. The property's location was beautiful and incredible, down the hill...

Location: the hotel was just next door to Kerala. Again, it was close to visit Attukad Waterfall👍

The service is good with free parking available and good meals. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with balcony, beautiful view was not a problem. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy.

Situated on a picturesque slope overlooking a stunning waterfall, this hotel is the perfect escape. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, with the surrounding tea plantations creating a serene atmosphere. There are plenty of leisure facilities to take advantage of, including a swimming pool and a fitness center, that cater even to those with physical handicaps.

The cost of food and beverages can be quite pricey.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel with its breathtaking view of the waterfall and tea plantations. The room was spacious and well-designed. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, from the restaurant to the room cleaner. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
